The JOJU PET CARE community is a place where people who need care — and the families beside them — can speak safely. Please help us keep this space warm by honoring these shared commitments.

1. Respect every journey

Everyone here is moving through a different moment. We don’t compare or judge.
Mockery, insults, hate speech, and discriminatory language are never allowed.
Share, don’t prescribe. “This is what helped me” is welcome; “you must do this” is not.

2. No prescriptive advice

This community is for sharing experiences and daily life — it does not replace professional consultation.
Posts that push specific products or routines, or urge someone to stop what they are doing, may be hidden.
“Miracle fixes”, unverified methods, and definitive efficacy claims are reportable as misinformation.
Always discuss important decisions with a professional you trust.

3. Protect privacy

Do not post real names, contact details, or photos of sensitive personal records — yours or anyone else’s.
Do not copy other members’ posts or photos outside the platform without consent.

4. No commercial use

Promoting products or services, funneling to external links, and recruiting are prohibited.
Privately soliciting money or purchases from members you met here leads to immediate action.

5. Reporting and blocking

Use the Report button on any post or comment that breaks these guidelines. Our team reviews every report.
Use Block to hide a user from your view — they are not notified.
Repeated violations can lead to hidden posts, posting limits, or account suspension.

6. If your pet is in an emergency

Suspected poisoning, a swollen or hard belly with retching, seizures, trouble breathing, collapse, or straining without passing urine are emergencies.
Don’t wait for a reply here — contact an emergency animal hospital or a pet poison line right now. Do not induce vomiting or give any home remedy unless a veterinarian tells you to.
