JOJU PET CARE charges for the product and shipping only. Import taxes and customs clearance are handled by the recipient.

02Taxes & customsDuties, VAT and any other import taxes are paid directly by the recipient under the rules of the destination country. We do not collect them on your behalf.
03We are not a forwarding serviceJOJU PET CARE is not a package-forwarding or buying-agent service. Cross-border delivery is carried out by the carrier, and shipping is charged on the carrier's terms.
